London Taxicard Scheme
Provides subsidised door-to-door transport by taxi for people living in London boroughs who have impaired mobility and meet specific eligibility criteria.

Mobilise
Provides information and guidance on driving, parking, public transport, insurance and funding issues for disabled people

Motability

Oversees the Motability scheme that enables disabled people in receipt of specific state benefits to obtain a car, powered wheelchair or scooter. They also provide various guides, including one on wheelchair accessible vehicles.

Royal Association for Disability and Rehabilitation (RADAR)
Their website includes downloads of leaflets on rights to facilities and services, driving, mobility scooters, powered wheelchairs and holidays.

British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA)

Represents the interests of UK insurance brokers, intermediaries and their customers. You can find registered brokers in your area on the website, including insurers catering to those with medical conditions.

Phab
Promotes the integration of people with physical disabilities through a network of clubs, events and holidays.
