We have a long history of supporting people affected by stroke through our community based services. Your money can help fund the training of Information, Advice and Support Service co-ordinators so that they can show stroke survivors that they can 'do' things for themselves and get the most out of life after a stroke. It can also help fund the specialist speech and language training of Communication Support Co-ordinators to enable staff and volunteers to help people relearn how to communicate effectively.
