Please join us in congratulating our Fundraiser of Month Charli Henderson!

Charli decided to run the Adidas Silverstone Half Marathon on the 3 March 2013 for the Stroke Association, she ran with 19 other friends and family to raise funds and awareness after her father suffered a Stroke at the age of 51.

Charli in her own words describes her relationship with Stroke.."On the evening of Tuesday 8th January 2013, my dad, Stuart Henderson, suffered a stroke at the mere age of 51. It was completely out of the blue and there was no warning.

We are so thankful for the help he has already received which has helped to stabilize him when he was in fact very critical. He has a long way to go on his road to recovery and will need a lot of professional help along the way..."

Charli summoned her friends and family and together they took on this fundraising challenge and raised the incredible figure of £5,339.00, which is a real achievement and this is our way of saying thank you to everyone involved!
