Campaigns
Our campaigns are incredibly successful in changing the way that stroke is dealt with in this country.
In October 2005 The Stroke Association launched the Stroke is a Medical Emergency campaign. It built a powerful consensus for stroke to always be treated as a medical emergency by the health service, and this is already having a direct impact on policy and practice.

and continuing work to increase the awareness of stroke we are moving closer to our vision of a world where there are fewer strokes and all those touched by stroke get the help they need.
