Family Support Service client
We have a long history of supporting people affected by stroke through our community based services. Your money can help fund the training of Family Support Organisers so that they can show stroke survivors that they can 'do' things for themselves and get the most out of life after a stroke. It can also help fund the specialist speech and language training of Dysphasia Support Organisers to enable staff and volunteers to help people relearn how to communicate effectively.
