Employee fundraising encourages team-work, builds relationships, helps staff to acquire new skills and has real benefits for The Stroke Association. It can also improve employee morale and motivation, and enhance your company's image with staff, suppliers and the community.
Our Corporate Fundraising Team has experience of supporting employee fundraising and Charity of the Year partnerships across a wide range of companies.
Currys
Following the death of a colleague (aged 26) through a stroke-related illness, Nick Edwards and his team at Curry's in Kingston raised over £1,200 for us by selling raffle tickets. Curry's generously added another £1,000 to the total amount.
Sanofi-Synthelabo
The dress down day at the Guildford offices in March was a great success and raised £400 on the day.
Many employees of our sponsors get involved with our national events which include The London Marathon, The Stroke Association Thames Bridges Bike Ride and The Great North Run.
