Get into gear for the challenge of a lifetime and cycle from London to Paris whilst raising funds to help people affected by stroke. Discover two of the most exciting cities in the world from a whole new perspective, cycle a total of 244 miles, covering 100 miles in just one day, for an experience that you will never forget.

The four day event begins in the heart of the city of London, taking you through the beautiful English countryside, French vineyards, tiny hamlets and ‘villes fleuries’, then on to the palace of Versailles and the finish at the world famous Arc de Triomphe in Paris.

After the last leg of the ride, on the third day, you can relax and celebrate your fantastic achievement at the Finishers Dinner in Paris. On the final day you can also make the most of what Paris has to offer - shop until you drop in the capital of chic, visit some of the famous museums, galleries and sights, or just relax in a traditional French café before heading back to St. Pancras via Eurostar.

What makes the London to Paris Bike Ride a great challenge:

  •  The route
We are one of the few charities that offer the Portsmouth route. This bespoke route takes you through Portsmouth, Cean, Bernay and finally on to Paris. This route is far prettier and much more cycle friendly than the Dover route.
  • Group size
We divide our participants into groups, depending on confidence and ability, to ensure that no one struggles with a pace that does not suit them.
  • Group leaders
Each group is led by an experienced guide, so there is no need to worry about deciphering French signs, and map reading skills are not required.
  • The distance
We offer a four day event, with three days of cycling to cover the 244 miles. The final 100 mile day means the ride is a challenge, even for experienced cyclists. But don't worry, it's something that everyone can achieve and really enjoy.
