Love running? Love music? Love Run to the Beat!
It's time for a new running event! The Sony Ericsson Run to the Beat 2009 is a London half marathon with a difference.
Starting at the O2, the course travels around the historic borough of Greenwich, passing 17 live music stages on route – each pumping out music that is scientifically proven to motivate and assist you in your challenge!
So if you're stuggling to beat your personal best - this could be the event for you.
Only in its second year, Run to the Beat is already established as the must do event!

How to get involved:
The Stroke Association has a limited number of guaranteed places. If you would like to apply for one of these please complete the enquiry form and I will be in touch right away!
As a member of the Stroke Team, you will receive:

- Fundraising ideas
