Stroke is on the move
30 September 2008
Winsford haulage company S Cooper & Son Ltd. is leading the way in its support of The Stroke Association by unveiling the first of its new livery of trailers branded with the stroke charity’s logo and website.
Managing Director Richard Howarth made the decision to support the charity after sadly losing his mother-in-law as a result of a stroke two years ago. As well as branding the fleet of trailers, the company will become involved in supporting The Stroke Association in a number of ways over the next five years.
Louise Elliott, Regional Fundraising Manager for the charity said, ‘We’re really grateful to Richard and the team at S. Cooper & Sons Ltd for coming up with this original and very effective way of supporting The Stroke Association. This innovative support will help to raise awareness of stroke up and down the country - everywhere S Cooper & Sons Ltd vehicles travel. We all hope that their example will help inspire others to join the fight against brain attacks.’
