Organise a Know Your Blood Pressure event
Know Your Blood Pressure helps people to understand that high blood pressure is the biggest risk factor for stroke. We do this through small local events, organised by partners such as Rotary, the Ambulance Service and St Andrew’s First Aid.
The national KYBP day is usually in April each year, but you can run a Know Your Blood Pressure event at any time to suit you. Organising an event is straightforward and we can provide event guidelines, promotional materials as well as ongoing support to make running your event even easier.
The KYBP date for next year will be 20 April 2013.

Blood pressure machines
We would like to thank Omron Healthcare UK for their gift of blood pressure monitors for our screening events. You can purchase a blood pressure monitor from www.strokeshop.org.uk. Blood pressure machines should always be properly calibrated in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
