Long term support groups
Stroke Association Long Term Support Groups operate under the umbrella of The Stroke Association to provide peer support to those affected by stroke in their local area and benefit from being part of the Stroke Association charity.
These groups are run by local people for local people. Along with independent Stroke Clubs, Stroke Association Support Groups continue to help stroke survivors, their carers, friends and family have access to the support they need.
The East Midlands has Four Stroke Association Long-Term Support Groups.
