Gardening Group
A new gardening group based on the Thrive gardening for hearts and minds principle has been established. Contact Julie Wheelhouse for details.
Communication group
Meetings are held on the second Monday of every month for people with speech problems after stroke. The gro
up aims to encourage people to become more confident in their communication.
Regaining confidence course
This 11 week course is for people of any age who would like help adjusting to the changes that stroke has made to their lives.
Afternoon group
Meetings are held on the last Friday of the month at different venues. Activities include trips, outings and speakers.
Aquacise group
The group meet every week at The Swim School to do water aerobics to music; practising balance and co-ordination.
