Stroke clubs in the East Midlands

Stroke is the single most common cause of severe disability in the UK. Around 20,000 people in the East Midlands are living with the effects of stroke.

Stroke clubs are a good way for people who have had a stroke and their families to socialise, build up confidence and talk to other people who have had similar experiences.

There are over 50 stroke clubs in the East Midlands.
