Registration - Early Bird Reminder - 31 January 2010

Registration is now under way for the 2010 East of England Stroke Forum Annual Conference. The conference aims to develop local networking and sharing of good practice.

Please make a note of this date in your diary now and cascade to all in your network of colleagues who will be interested, particularly GPs, Health Management and Social Care professionals.

For the preliminary programme and registration form and to take advantage of the early bird registration rate of £60 per person, please go to the new upgraded forum website:

http://www.eastofenglandstrokeforum.org.uk/

In order to streamline registration, it is now possible to submit multiple registrations and we no longer require you to pre-register your preferences for breakout sessions.

If you would like to submit a poster for display at the conference, please follow the instructions for submission on the website. The deadline for submissions has been extended to 17.00 on 31 January 2010.

While you are on the website, take a moment to register on the discussion board. This is your permanent forum to discuss issues around stroke. Please use it!
