East of England Stroke Forum

If you are interested in improving stroke services in the East of England, you are invited to become a member of the East of England Stroke Forum.

This is a starting point to develop local networking and share good practice. There is a questionnaire on the website to canvass your views on what you would like to see it include.

The East of England Stroke Forum Annual Conference 2011 will be held on:
Thursday 17 March  at Tattershall Park Paddocks, The Avenue, Newmarket CB8 9AY.

Please make a note of this date in your diary now and cascade to all in your network of colleagues who will be interested, particularly GPs, Health Management and Social Care professionals.
