Barking & Dagenham Stroke Club
Barking & DagenhamThe Club meets at St Georges Centre, St Georges Road, on Tuesdays from 12.30 to 3.30pm, for social activities and games.
Chingdale Stroke Club
London E4Meet on alternative Monday evenings, from 7pm-9pm in North Chingford.
You can enjoy refreshments and a chat, plus bingo, quizzes, pub outings and social entertainment at this small, friendly club.
Haringey Stroke Clubs
Hornsey, Tottenham and Wood GreenThe groups meet 40 weeks per year (term-time only) from 12-2pm, transport is provided.
We offer social interaction, a programme of activities and outings, and light refreshments.

Havering and District Stroke Club
Meet on Wednesday afternoons from 2-4pm at the Trinity Church Hall on Angel Way, Romford.
Anyone who has had a stroke is welcome to join us for exercises, cards, dominoes, needlecraft and painting.
Newham Stroke Club
Newham boroughThe club meets on the last Wednesday of the month between 1-5pm.
The meetings are open to any Newham resident who has had a stroke or mini-stroke, and to their carers.
The stroke club is a social club for stroke survivors and their carers. The group provides support, exercise, information and social interaction. The club promotes the welfare and interests of people who have had strokes and their family carers. It provides a befriending service and aims to increase independence and confidence by acting as a representative body on behalf of stroke survivors and to campaign on issues determined by members.
Parkside Stroke Club
Barking, Dagenham and RedbridgeMeet every Tuesday at Parkside Community Centre, 176 Goodmayes Lane, Ilford.
The club warmly welcomes anyone who has had a stroke, and their carers. We arrange exercises, speakers of interest and days out to the seaside and places of interest.
Redbridge Stroke Club
Meets on Thursday afternoons, from 2-4pm at the Loxford Youth Centre.
Join the group for companionship, refreshments, raffles, gentle exercise, a speech group and occasional outings.
South Islington Stroke Club
Islington and neighbourhoodMeets on Thursdays from 12-2pm at St Mary's Neighbourhood Centre, Upper St, Islington, London N1 2TX.
Meet people, practice speech and enjoy a light lunch. The club also offers movement to music, games, talks and occasional outings, as well as general support and encouragment.

The Connaught Stroke Club
LeytonstoneWe meet every other Tuesday in the Connaught Day Hospital (in the grounds of Whipps Cross Hospital) between 7-9pm. Come and join people who understand and have a great time. The group also arranges annual holidays and a few day trips.
