Life After Stroke Services
Life After Stroke services model
We have developed a range of specialist stroke rehabilitation and support services in the UK to meet the needs of the whole stroke community. They are now known as Life After Stroke Services.

The Stroke Association first steps into Northumberland
We now have a great new service in Northumberland which is our first Life After Stroke service in this area. The Northumberland Long Term Peer Support Service will offer peer support within the local community. For more information visit the Northumberland Long Term Peer Support (North) service page.

Stroke Clubs
Stroke Clubs provide a meeting place for people who have had a stroke and their carers to come together and share experiences.
