This Family and Carer Support service covers Chatham, Gillingham, Rainham, Rochester and Strood. Annie and Denise are also involved with Medway Stroke Club. This Family and Carer service covers part of West Sussex and stretches along the south coast from the Hampshire border to Bognor Regis, and as far north as the border with Surrey. It includes Chichester, Midhurst, Bognor Regis, Petworth and Arundel.
The services provides psychological and emotional support by means of hospital and home visits, and by telephone.

This service provides practical and emotional support for stroke survivoors, families and carers in parts of Mid Sussex which includeBurgess Hill, East Grinstead and Haywards Heath as well as surrounding villages.
There is also a carers group which takes place once a month on a Wednesday morning from 9.45 - 12.00 (please contact the telephone number above for exact dates). This is an informal group providing information and mutual support and is open to anyone who cares for a stroke survivor.
