Stroke Personal Budgets Support Service
Personal budgets (also known as Direct Payments) are a new English Government initiative designed to give people more choice and control over their care.
This service aims to provide personal budget information, advice and support to new and existing stroke survivors.
By providing specialist information and support, the Stroke Personal Budgest Support Co-ordinator will empower individuals to select their own personal support packages, thereby promoting choice, independence and well-being.
