Canterbury Stroke Club
Meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 5-7pm at Age Concern, Castle Road, Canterbury, CT1 2AT
The group provides social and recreational activities such as games and outings, as well as some Occupational and Physiotherapy. Transport is available.
Deal Stroke Club
Meets on the first Friday from 2-4pm and the fourth Thursday from 7-9pm of each month at the Landmark Centre, High Street, Deal, CT14 6BB
Provides social and recreational activities such as games, outings and talks by guest speakers. Transport can be provided.
Dover Stroke Club
Meets on the first Tuesday of each month fron 7-9pm at Buckland Hospital, Coombe Valley Road, Dover, CT17 0HD
Recreational and social activities such as games and outings are enjoyed by the members of this group. Some transport can be provided.
East Kent Strokes
East Kent Strokes is a Support Group for stroke survivors, whose members come from all over East Kent. It aims to help stroke survivors (particularly, but not exclusively, younger ones) and their families and carers, by providing support and information, and by organising regular informal lunchtime get togethers in selected local establishments across the area on a monthly rotational basis. The lunchtime sessions start at around 12:30pm as detailed below:
- first Monday of each month - The Brasserie in the Pavillion at Eastwell Manor, Boughton Lees, Ashford
- second Tuesday of each month - The Red Lion, Hernhill, near Whitstable
- third Wednesday of each month - The Fayreness, Kingsgate, Broadstairs
- fourth Thursday of each month - The Duke of Cumberland, Barnham, near Canterbury

The group also organise other social and recreational activities including pitch and putt sessions, garden visits, glider flights and boat trips, plus an annual barbeque and Christmas lunch.

Gravesend Stroke Club
Meets on Monday afternoons from 2-4:30pm at Beatrice Gardens Community Hall, Northfleet, Gravesend, DA11 7AP
The club provides recreational and social activities such as games and outings. Some transport is provided by volunteers.
Medway Stroke Club
Meets weekly on Thursday afternoons from 2-4pm at The Masonic Centre, Franklin Road, Gillingham, ME7 4DG
This group enjoys recreational and social activities such as guest speakers, games and outings.

Medway Working Age Stroke Group
This group caters for anyone affected by stroke up to the age of 55 and meets on the first Friday of each month at Rochester Healthy Living Centre, Delce Road, Rochester, ME1 2EL
The group also meets for lunch on the third Friday of each month from 12pm at Rochester Airport Cafe, Rochester, ME5 9SD

Tonbridge Stroke Club
This group meets on the 4th Wednesday of the month from 11am to 1pm at the Methodist Church on Higham Lane, Tonbridge. The group provides social support and information to all those affected by stroke.
Whitstable Stroke Club
From April to September this group meets weekly on Fridays, then from October to March meets on the first Friday of every month from 3:30-5:30pm at The Heritage Room, St Mary's Hall, Oxford Street, Whitstable, CT5 1DD
Recreational and social activities including pottery, games, quizzes and outings are enjoyed by this group, as well as some therapeutic activities such as light exercise.
