One of the key areas of work undertaken by The Stroke Association is raising awareness of stroke and the work that we do.
We hold a variety of stroke awareness events throughout the West Midlands and also visit groups to talk to them about stroke and The Stroke Association.

The University of Wolverhampton in Partnership with the Black Country Cardio Vascular Network, the West Midlands Stroke Research Network and The Stroke Association will be holding its 3rd conference on 9 July 2010. This will present an opportunity for driving forward the national stroke strategy, networking and showcasing best practice.
