Stroke champion on world challenge
When a major stroke rendered Ian Halliwell seriously disabled and critically ill he was told that he would never swing a golf club again. Less than a year later Ian is over halfway through a challenge to play golf on five continents and he is the driving force behind a huge fundraising and awareness campaign.
Ian is also publishing his story and donating the profits to The Stroke Association. His book, The Social Golfer will be available from August 2008. To pre-order your copy call 01743 282090 or email S Skitt
