Adur Stroke Club
The group meets every Friday from 2-4pm at Marsh House, Park Lane, Southwick, BN42 4DL
Members are from the Worthing area including Lancing, Shoreham and Southwick, and enjoy social and recreational activities such as games, outings and fundraising, as well as occasional exercise sessions. Some transport is available.
This stroke club has been running since 1965 and is the longest running club in the South East.
Chichester Stroke Club
The group meets every Thursday morning from 10am-12pm at The Newell Centre, Tozer Way, St Pancras, Chichester, PO19 7LG
The club enjoy social and recreational activities including games, outings and guest speakers. They also provide speech therapy, occupational therapy and some light physiotherapy in the form of hand, arm and shoulder massage.
Crawley Silver Jaye Stroke Club
Meets weekly on Thursday afternoons from 2-5pm at Friary Hall, Haslett's Avenue, Crawley, RH10 1HS
The group enjoys games, outings and other recreational and social activities. Some transport is available.
Haywards Heath Rainbow Stroke Club
Meets weekly on Mondays from 9:45-11:45am at The Town Hall, 40 Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1BA
The group enjoy social and recreational activities including outings and games. They also provide exercise and physiotherapy sessions. Some transport is available.
Kestro Club - Worthing
Meets weekly on Fridays from 2-4pm at Goring United Reformed Church, Barrington Road, Goring by the Sea, Worthing, BN12 4EA
The group provides social and recreational activities such as games, outings and guest speakers, as well as some physiotherapy in the form of light physical exercise. Some transport is available.
Phoenix Stroke Club
Meets on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10:30am-3:30pm at The Clubhouse, Forest School, Comptons Lane, Horsham, RH13 5NW
The social group meet on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, principally during term time, where they enjoy social and recreational activities such as outings, crafts, games and guest spreakers, as well as some therapeutic activities in the form of exercises, reflexology and head massage. Lunch is also provided. On Thursday mornings a Supported Communication Group provides the opportunity for members to exercise and improve their communication skills, mainly on a one-to-one basis.

Sapphire Stroke Club
This group meets weekly on Mondays from 2-4pm at the Baptist Church Hall, Station Road, Burgess Hill, RH15 9EQ
The Group offers recreational and social activities including crafts, games, guest speakers and outings as well as some speech therapy. Some transport is available.
Smile Stroke Club
Meets on the third Tuesday of each month from 2:30-4:30pm at the Town Hall, 40 Boltro Road, Haywards Heath, RH16 1BA
The group provides social and recreational activities such as games and talks by guest speakers, as well as some speech and occupational therapy.
