Community Integration Service
Our Community Integration Service is available to anyone who has had a stroke. It was funded by the Big Lottery Fund until the end of January 2008.
The aim of the Community Integration Service is to provide meaningful, realistic social and occupational integration opportunities within the local community. It provides regular weekly meetings, social events and outings, a choice of activities, assisted transport plans, personal action plans and regular reviews for clients and carers.
