Community Integration Service
The aim of the Community Integration Service is to provide meaningful, realistic social and occupational integration opportunities within the local community.
It provides regular weekly meetings, social events and outings, a choice of activities, assisted transport plans, personal action plans and regular reviews for clients and carers.
At the moment this service is only available in the following areas:
