Exercise on Prescription
The Exercise on Prescription scheme helps people to be more healthy by being more active. Doctors will refer patients to see a Health and Fitness Advisor for guidance and advice on suitable exercise. Other people may be referred to prevent osteoporosis, improve mobility, help control diabetes or to help treat depression.
