Autumn 2009

Anyone can have a stroke, even children and babies. The family of Sam Jones, who had a stroke at the age of four, describe their experiences in this issue. How can you keep up your hobbies after a stroke? This issue gets advice from a stroke survivor who has continued scuba diving during his rehabilitation. We also describe our work with South Asian communities, provide tips for holidaying after a stroke, and help you to maintain a healthy diet with a delicious recipe for a summer berry pudding.
