Spring 2007
The spring 2007 issue of Stroke News focuses on the impact of stroke across the UK, as this year sees The Stroke Association becoming a UK wide organisation. It includes an interview with Welsh broadcaster Owen Money on how his stroke has affected him, plus news on the progress of the National Stroke Strategy.
There are also features on the Hadrian's Wall Walk, which will raise funds and celebrate The Stroke Association becoming a UK wide charity, a report on the first UK Stroke Forum Conference and articles on the link between diabetes and stroke, and how pets can promote recovery.
