Get involved in our Ask First campaign

Our Ask First campaign aims to raise awareness of a common type of irregular heartbeat called Atrial Fibrillation (AF). If you have AF, you're at greater risk of stroke and need to take steps to stop this from happening. To remind yourself of the risks read our information on atrial fibrillation and stroke. We also need you to help spread the word about Atrial Fibrillation and encourage your friends, family and colleagues to Ask First to prevent a stroke later.

Become an Ask First Ambassador
We are looking for AF ambassadors to raise awareness of the links between AF and stroke in their communities. We have a leaflet and a poster which you can order and then take to your local GP surgeries, Health Centre or Community Centre for them to stock. If you are able to help please fill out our form.
