Location: Eastern Norfolk
Salary: £20,638 to £22,599 per annum
Hours per week: 35 hours per week (Fixed term until 31 March 2012)

Job description

This is an exciting new role for improving stroke support in the community.

The Stroke Association is looking for someone to work with an existing support network and to extend the cover and range of stroke support in Norfolk.

With the help of volunteers, the service aims to encourage independence in the stroke affected community through peer support.
