Do you know a physiotherapist who deserves special recognition for their contribution to services and the well being of patients?
Winners and runners up for this exciting new award will be invited to join a prestigious lunch for Fellows of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy in London on 8 October. A panel of judges will select winners for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, plus one overall UK winner of the Physiotherapist of the Year Award.
Physiotherapists can nominate themselves or colleagues, and patients also have the opportunity to fill in a nomination form.
The closing date for entries is 10 August 2007.
