Help us make our publications the best they can be

09 December 2009

We are looking for a representative sample of people affected by stroke to take part in a reader panel to provide feedback and advice on our written information publications and help us to be really sure that they are meeting the needs of stroke survivors and their carers.

You will be sent a range of publications by post or email to read at regular intervals throughout the year and will be asked to provide a range of feedback, via a method appropriate to your needs.

Whether you are a stroke survivor; a family member, carer or friend of someone who has had a stroke; a health or social care professional; a student; or someone who has an interest in stroke, if you think this role sounds interesting, we want to hear from you!

On the right hand side of the page you can download the role description and an application form.

You can either complete the Word version of the application form electronically or print out the pdf version and complete this by hand.

Completed application forms should be submitted by 1 March 2010 to:

Stroke Information Service
Stroke House
240 City Road
London
EC1V 2PR

Or email info@stroke.org.uk and we shall be in touch.

Closing date for applications:
1 March 2010

The Stroke Association is committed to equality of opportunity and welcomes all applications.
