When you find out that the Stroke Association has been named in the Will, we'd be very grateful if you could let us know at your earliest convenience.
We'd also be grateful if you could kindly send us a copy of the Will. This will help us to make sure we use the gift in the intended way and allow us to acknowledge the legacy in our Book of Remembrance.
All legacy gifts are administered at our registered office: Legacy Giving, Stroke Association House, 240 City Road, London, EC1V 2PR.
How can I send the legacy gift?
Once you've reached this stage, sending us a legacy gift is simple.
Get in touch with our legacy giving team at legacy@stroke.org.uk who will be able to give you further information and provide an official receipt for your records.
I'm not sure whether the gift is meant for the Stroke Association or another charity with a similar name. What should I do?
Sometimes it can be hard to identify the correct charity for which the gift is intended. The Stroke Association changed its name in 1976 and 1994, and some Wills might refer to our old name, or a previous address.
