We are committed to delivering services of the highest quality across the UK. Our full range of rehabilitation and support services is assessed against an established quality management system.
The organisation was awarded the Government's Charter Mark standard for customer service in 2006. In 2011 we successfully transitioned to the Government's new standard called 'Customer Service Excellence'.
