Information, advice and support
We provide a range of services to improve the health, well-being and quality of life of people who have had a stroke, their families and carers.
Our programmes begin within hours of a stroke occurring, and continue to provide the practical and emotional support people need, for as long as they need it – in hospitals and care homes, within their own homes and in the community.
