To achieve this, the Training Unit team will ensure that:
- Customers and potential customers will have a named contact with whom to liaise
- Throughout their contact with us purchasers can expect a timely response and service; we aim to get back to you within five working days
- Following the training day purchasers will receive delegate feedback and their comments of the service sought.
Standard two: The Training Unit will ensure that delegates are treated fairly and sensitively.
To achieve this, trainers will:
- Ensure non-discriminatory training practices throughout the sessions
- Attend sensitively to any special needs requirements
- Do everything possible to enable the learner to learn, within the constraints of the venue and the diversity of the audience.
Standard three: The Training Unit will deliver training programmes that are of a quality standard, that meet the expectations of the purchaser and delegate in-line with current practice.
To achieve this, the Training Unit team will ensure that:
- Trainers’ knowledge of stroke and current practice and development is regularly updated
- Training programmes are regularly evaluated, reviewed and updated to reflect current good practice and meet the expectations of the delegates
- Training programmes will offer good value for money, in-line with other training organisations.
