To achieve this, the Training Unit team will ensure that:

1.      Trainers’ knowledge of stroke and current practice and development is regularly updated

To achieve Charter Mark status last year we worked hard to develop the achievable standards above. This is to ensure that the service we offer to you, our customer, is a positive experience.

One year on we are coming up to re-assessment which means this is an excellent time to reflect on the standards and monitor our progress.

As you can see we are working hard to ensure our standards are met:

Overall, so you feel that The Stroke Association provides a portfolio of training programmes that meets your needs? 90% say 'Yes' and 10% say 'Not sure'.

Do you have confidence that The Stroke Association provides quality training programmes? 69.9% say 'Complete', 29% say 'A lot', and1.4% say 'Some'.

Was the feedback you received from the day informative and timely? 45.2% said 'Excellent, 50% said 'Very good', 3.2% said 'Good' and 1.6% said 'Adequate'.
