Apply for a Project Grant

Before filling in the appropriate application form and plain English summary, please read the guidance for applicants, terms and conditions of award and how to write a lay summary.

Please send an electronic version of your application and plain English Summary to Research@stroke.org.uk and post three hard copies of the application, including one with original signatures, and five hard copies of the Plain English summary to:

Research Department, Stroke Association, Stroke Association House, 240 City Road, London, EC1V 2PR.
