The Stroke Association Senior Clinical Research Fellow

The Stroke Association is supporting a Senior Clinical Research Fellow at the Stroke Prevention Research Unit, University of Oxford.

Professor Rothwell and his team will use several different research techniques to study stroke prevention. They hope to understand the risks of recurrent stroke, improve the identification and treatment of individuals at high risk of stroke, improve the organisation of services to prevent stroke and increase public understanding of stroke and transient ischaemic attack (TIA or mini-stroke).
