We provide life assurance policies that cater for all ages, and our team is on hand to assist you through every stage of the purchase of your policy.
Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with a quote if you have had a stroke or TIA within the last six months.
Covers include:
- level and decreasing term insurance
- mortgage protection
- family income benefit
Here is how you can obtain a quote
If you would like to see if we can arrange life assurance cover for you, please download and complete our Life Assurance Questionnaire (on the right hand side). You can post it back to us to the address displayed on the form or email it to us at strokefs@heathlambert.com or fax it to 01603 625 230.
From your answers we are then able to assess your individual needs and requirements in order to provide you with an indication of a possible life assurance quotation.
If we are successful in obtaining an indicative quote, you will be contacted and asked if you would like to proceed with your application. You would then need to complete a full proposal form which we will send to you. Once this is completed we will be able to issue you with a tailor-made quotation.
