Volunteering
Every week thousands of people give their time and energy to improve the lives of people affected by stroke.
The Stroke Association was founded by a volunteer, and today volunteers are an essential part of our mission to prevent strokes and reduce their effects.
By getting involved in our volunteering community you will make new friends, gain new skills, or enhance existing ones, become part of a local team and a wider nationwide team of volunteers - whilst also changing lives.
Volunteers in the Stroke Association have fun!
All of our volunteers are an essential part of The Stroke Association - all working together to ensure that the Association achieves its goals. Every activity that a volunteer gets involved with, from fundraising to helping someone improve their communication skills, is equally valuable.
There are many ways that you can help The Stroke Association in your area. Find out more about what's happening in your area.
