Volunteer information

The Stroke Association values its volunteers highly, and treats them in similar ways to salaried employees. There is a process that volunteers go through, and each volunteer, no matter where they are based, will undergo the same process.

Volunteering, and getting involved in The Stroke Association, is a balanced partnership. We will wholly appreciate the time that you are donating and the skills that you bring with you, and in return we hope that you will be able to fully appreciate the opportunities and new experiences that we offer our volunteers.

The Stroke Association is ensuring that every volunteer has the relevant support, training and tools available to them, so that they can carry out their role effectively.
