changes in personality

Hi my partner had a stroke in November. He is 60 and I'm 27. Because he was treated very quickly he hasn't been affected that much physically but I have noticed a huge change in personality the changes that stand out more are obsessive behaviour especially with food, he can be very selfish which can often lead to bouts of anger, he also tells lies about me to his friends and family things like I'm starving him, I'm going to leave him, he was even going to phone my boss to tell them I was bullying him. At the moment I feel like I'm living with a stranger and there is a lot of pressure pushing down on me. I work as a community carer so I have alot of experience with all aspects of affects of stroke but find it very hard to come home and look after someone so close to me aswell. I don't know what to do is there anyone who has gone through anything similar xx
