Hi All

First, I will say I do not work for the emergency services neither have I suffered a stroke, but I will provide some background and the reason why I am posting.

For the last 4 years I have managed my own branded chocolate business and at the beginning of this year started to work with Augmented Reality. Initially I put the two together and made the chocolates interactive for marketing purposes.

It was whilst learning and understanding Augmented Reality (AR) I had an idea which I believed would assist Emergency Services to provide a more tailored/personal service to people with pre-existing conditions. I floated this past a couple of paramedic friends who agreed the idea was good and would greatly assist their work. With this I set up Owow Innovations Ltd and in July we gained a 12 month funded place in a Tech Incubation hub, SetSquared in Basingstoke. SetSquared are mentoring us and helping to get the project into a position for investors. Essentially, we are looking at using AR to provide you with critical patient information within seconds of reaching them. This will also work for A&E staff.

This leads me to why I registered for the forum, I need your help! One or two responses is not enough, I need to thoroughly understand your views on the current medic alert, ICE apps and systems available as well as some background information.

I have a survey set up, if you can spare me between 10-15 minutes to complete it, this is the link (copy and paste into your browser) it would really help my research and how we develop the product which paramedics have told us will help save lives.

Thank you in advance for your time
