Our Stroke Helpline can help with practical and emotional support and is a place for information about stroke. You can call 0303 3033 100, lines are open Monday - Saturday (please visit our Helpline page for opening hours). You can also email helpline@stroke.org.uk.
We have a number of stroke support services across the UK, as well as many stroke clubs and groups that are run by volunteers. Find one in your area today.
My Stroke Guide is a trusted online support tool filled with easy-to-read information, advice and videos. The content will explain everything you need to know after a stroke. It also features an online chat forum where you can speak to other stroke survivors about their recovery and stroke-related topics.
