Securing your place:

Charity place

Our Charity places cost £5 and come with a £250 minimum sponsorship target (not including Gift Aid), and our fundraising team is on hand to support you throughout your fundraising.

Already have your own place?

If you already have your half marathon place, secured directly from the Cardiff Half Marathon organiser’s website, and would like to run for us, please select 'Own place' below when signing up to join #TeamStroke. There is no registration fee, but you'll still get the same wonderful support as our charity place runners.

Why join #TeamStroke?

Everyone deserves to live the best life they can after stroke. Taking part in the Cardiff Half Marathon means you are part of the team helping us to continue the work that we do, such as funding stroke support services and researching better treatments, care and rehabilitation.

Along the way, we will support you with training tips and fundraising advice, one-to-one support and we’ll also be there on the day, ready and waiting to exclaim your name as you run past our purple cheer-point in your exclusive Stroke Association charity running vest.
