Description

The Abergele Stroke Club offers a warm welcome and a friendly face. We support our members to regain their confidence after a stroke.
The group gives you the opportunity to talk to others who have been through similar experiences.
Abergele Stroke Club is located at Canolfan Dewi Sant Centre every fortnight on Thursday and is open from 2:00pm to 4:00pm.

This group is part of the Stroke Group Network - a vital community of stroke support groups across the UK.
