Description

We are a small, very friendly group who meet every Thursday morning 9.45am till 11.45am in the Tir y berth Village Hall to socialise. We organise activities such as trips to local parkes etc for walks, visits to local shows and many varied outdoor activities. We welcome all new members - stroke survivors & their carers.
We often have guest speakers to help/advise our members on how to better cope with the many problems Stroke survivors face. We have an active Card making group. We also have a weekly one hour training session at Brynmeadows Golf Club.
Most of our members live in or around Caerphilly Borough area but there are no boundaries. All are welcomed. Our aim is to show that there ....IS A LIFE TO BE ENJOYED AFTER A STROKE.
