If you or someone you know has had a stroke, you’ll understand the impact it can have on daily life, from mobility problems and communication difficulties to emotional changes. You’re not alone.
Come along to your local stroke group and meet others who have been affected by stroke. You'll be able to share your experiences and tips for dealing with stroke, as well as enjoying a range of activities.

You can get in touch with this group for up-to-date information about activities using the web form. Your contact details will go straight to the group leader so they can get in touch.

This group is independently run, so we’ll need to share your details in order for them to provide support. As this group is not part of the Stroke Association, we do not take any responsibility for their activities. They’ll process your personal data in accordance with their own policies.
