The Onward Club was started in January 2004 and is a lively, friendly and very welcoming social club for anybody who has had a stroke, with particular help for those with communication difficulties.
The club members and their partners, come along and join in with quizzes, games, music, art and craft activities, and most importantly - lots of chat and laughter. They also go on several outings or pub lunches every year and often have guests to entertain.
