We are a small friendly support group welcoming any adult stroke survivors and their carer. We meet from September to December, take a winter break and meet again from March to June.
Meeting are of a social nature with a speaker or members afternoon, perhaps with an activity of some kind. Meetings always include an opportunity to chat over tea/coffee, biscuits and occasional cake. In July and August we usually have an outing of some kind. We are always happy for new people to join us. Some help with transport may be available.
Though based in Sheringham we draw in people from the surrounding area including Cromer, Holt, Aylsham, North Walsham and villages in between.
