Description

This club is unique as it is focused is on exercise within a modern gym. We have our own bespoke motorised machines and walking aids. Members can also benefit from exercise in their home with our desk bikes and motorised leg movers.
The club has trained staff who, along with our volunteers, help our members regain and maintain their fitness. After exercising, members can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea, a chat and a laugh before they go. The club's regular carpet bowling and cooking demos and other activities are not to be missed either.
This group accepts new members from the local area. They are currently in contact with each members via phone and offer Zoom social meetings, bingo and exercise sessions.
